Conceptualization of Workplace Spirituality in an Eastern Context

Workplace spirituality is a complex construct and perceived differently in different cultures contexts. The purpose of this study was to the meaning workplace from perceptions employees an Eastern context, particularly Nepal, which primarily dominated by Vedic Buddhist spiritual traditions.
